About us

Jane Waggoner Designs is a comprehensive residential and commercial interior design service known for exceptional customer service, supporting and counseling clients throughout the design process in projects large and small.

Over the last sixteen years, Jane Waggoner has brought her distinctive sensibility to a whole range of personal style elements, from jewelry to furniture to carpets to fashion. Her innate sensibilities and years of decorating experience coupled with a passion for art history set Jane’s work apart. Degrees in art history, work experience at the Museum of Modern Art, New York and the Dallas Museum of Art, extensive world travel and a thirst for continuing art education are all inspiration for Jane’s timeless decorating style.

Jane holds an additional masters degree in business management, and in combination with her aesthetic sensibility, makes her exceptionally suited for large project management; she is effectively able to communicate across all aspects of the design process. She has worked with notable architects, builders, designers and members of the Dallas Design District community, but it is her extensive knowledge of the global market and utilization of often little known suppliers that brands Jane’s projects as personal and one-of-a-kind.

Among Jane’s design offerings are her collection of hand-knotted carpets, woven of the finest Tibetan wool at a sumptuous 100 knots per inch. All carpets are GoodWeave certified to ensure no child labor and are woven in Nepal. The GoodWeave certification program works to end exploitative child labor in the South Asian carpet industry by inspecting weaving looms and providing rehabilitation and education for former child weavers and other at-risk children.
